Each year, Japanese real estate company, Nisade, releases a journal featuring articles and property listings. SPRBLM designed a classy new layout to elevate the publication. The design includes editorial articles, buying guides, maps, forecasts and other buyer information. The book is filled with big beautiful imagery and thoughtful typography, icons and charts. The journal is updated each year and released along with a new illustration of the zodiac animal for the Chinese New Year.
